Macaroni recipe Indian Style Macaroni Pasta Recipe Kids Lunch Box
Macaroni :1 Cup (Boiled)
Onion :1No. (small) (chopped)
Capsicum :1No. (small) (chopped)
Garlic :2-3 cloves (grated)
Salt (As per taste)
Red chilly powder :1 teaspoon
Tomato kechup :2 teaspoon
Red chilly sauce :2 tablespoon
Vinegar :1 teaspoon
Soya sauce :1 teaspoon
Oil :2 tablespoon
Oregano :1 tablespoon
Step 1: Boil Macaroni in 3 cups of water for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Sieve Macaroni. Take it out in a bowl.
Step 3: Take a Pan on High flame. Heat oil for 30 seconds then add garlic and onion. Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
Step 4: Add capsicum, salt and red chilly powder. Mix well. Add tomato ketchup and red chilly sauce. Then add vinegar and soya sauce.Again mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 5: Add Boiled Macaroni on this mixture. Mix well.
Step 6: Finally, add oregano for flavour. Mix it well.
Step 7: Vegetable Macaroni is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl.
Step 8: Serve Hot with tomato ketchup.
